Our products are to be delivered to you at the requested address. It is essential that during delivery, someone is in to receive the products. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost.
We would not be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products have been delivered. We require somebody responsible, to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery.
If the product is found damaged upon receiving, the customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return it to the courier representative.
Once the product has been delivered and signed for, we are unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Refund: For returned items due to rejection / unclaimed, a partial refund can be arranged with deduction of courier charge, handling & processing fee (RM10) and subject to the condition of the items being returned.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. FRESH BULK will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once we have checked and confirmed the products, the customer will receive their refund within 7-10 working days after the confirmation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. (eg: received goods on 1 Jan, the last day for replacement falls on 7 Jan) Kindly take note we DO NOT entertain any replacement request after the said 7 days period.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase (original invoice) and also the pack of stale items to be eligible for the replacement.
