- Blanch 500g chicken in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes until you see the scum and dirt float up. Remove and set aside.
- Rinse all the dried herbs to remove dust and dirt.
- Ready 1500ML - 2 ML water in a pot, put the dried herbs, and add in the chicken. Bring it to boil on high heat.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours
- Season with salt according to own preference.
